Abstract maritime operating picture representing the nextgen intelligence platform

nextgen tracks vessel activity, port congestion, and export flows across 's crude terminals. It is for operators, traders, and analysts who need to know what is happening at the port, not what was happening a week ago.

Venezuela's export system moves quickly, but the underlying problem is familiar: useful port information is scattered, late, and hard to verify.

Why Now

Years of underinvestment, an aging shadow fleet, and opaque port procedures leave anyone trying to follow these terminals piecing together half-signals from stale sources.

You can do that by hand for a while. It does not hold up once conditions start shifting day to day.

What We Built

We built NextGen to pull AIS, satellite signals, and open-source reporting into one operating picture, then turn that picture into briefs and guides people can actually use.

What You Get

Available now

  • Jose Terminal Port Guide -- berth details, draft restrictions, anchorage procedures, clearance steps, and practical operating notes
  • Weekly Intelligence Briefs delivered every Monday -- short notes on port activity, fleet composition, congestion metrics, and the signals worth watching
  • Custom analysis available on request for specific vessels, routes, or operational questions

In progress

  • Expanded public port guides for additional Venezuelan terminals
  • A public dashboard showing vessel counts, wait times, and trend indicators
